So I am a little bit of a slacker this year when it comes to sending out Christmas cards. And well I didn't really do it last year either. I promise to get it together for next year. This week has been so crazy. I have been doing last minute birthday stuff for Kendyl who turns 1 year old on Friday!! She is such a sweet baby. She has been taking lots of steps about 5 steps and then she's back down to crawling, but she sure thinks she's pretty neat. Joey has been the sweetest girl lately. She is all to concerned with Santa's naughty list to and make sure she isn't on it. I have never even threatened it to her. She has had some funny quotes the past few days. Yesterday she told me, " I can't handle it!!" I looked at her and said what? "It, I can't handle IT!!" She couldn't have gotten that from me. :) She loves to quote lines from Elf. She gets quite the reaction when she says in a really low voice and quotes Mr. Norwall from Elf. "Bye Buddy, Hope you find your Dad." We sure love these girls. Last night when she was sleeping with us in bed and holding my lips which she has done since she has been about 4 months old. She cried out, "Mommy, Protect me." And she was totally asleep. It made me so sad. This morning when she woke up she told me that I would always protect her from Ursala the Sea witch. Poor girl was having bad dreams. She is so dang sweet. I love these pictures. Joey chased me out of the house looking like the one in the bottom. No pants, just her Mom's big boots-boots.

How funny is that. Love that you let your girls sleep with you. I thought I was the only one who did that. I totally have a picture of Kenlie in nothing but my knee high boots, but on her they're up to her bum. I love that she is totally quoting movie lines too. Really little girls are the best!
Darling pictures, Aly. It totally makes up for the lack of Christmas card. Oh and do you know what you're doing for the 1st Annual Durham Family Film Festival?...Because I am seriously low on ideas. Seriously.
Very cute pictures. I love Joey's comments. What an amazing kid. I liked your Christmas comments. Glad you never got a bad present. We have had some pretty great Christmases over the years.
HA HA HA I love that picture of Joey in those boots. That cracks me up!
Suzy
Love the boots picture! Save that one for the wedding video!
Your girls are so stinkin' cute. Don't kids say the funniest things! The other day Kiah said "there's this boy at school and he likes me, but he's waaaay too young for me." I was like "oh really, how old is he?" she said "like 5, he's not even 5 1/2 yet." Cracked me up!
I said the same thing about the Christmas cards... I wanted to do family pictures, but time is running out. I figured, I will get it together next year. I love the pictures. I have a similar picture of Jeremy in some over-sized cowboy boots... Those are precious moments!
I love the Christmas card...I am still working on getting one out. I love the girl comments, I am so excited when Peiton can talk, maybe I will have some clever comments that she says.
The pictures of the girls are so dang cute. We sure do love those girls. I'm excited for Kendyl's b-day, by the way her invites are SO DANG CUTE!!!
You are one ahead of me. I meant to do Christmas cards, but it hasn't happened yet. Love the pix.
I freakin love Joey. There is no way you could go a day with her without laughing. She is so funny! I wonder where she gets her craziness...dirty woman...yeah, you know what I mean.
